Stars Gather for Chiefs Game
On Sunday, numerous stars found their way to Travis Kelce’s suite during the matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Houston Texans.
Of course, Kelsey’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, was there to support him at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. She brought along a couple of celebrity friends, including her best friend, Selena Gomez, who even took a moment to snap a photo. Also in attendance was Lena Dunham, an old friend of Swift’s.
Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted in the suite as well. Interestingly, he wasn’t sitting directly next to Swift and her friends. He appeared relatively low-key in a black down jacket and baseball cap.
Just a month prior, DiCaprio had made an appearance on the podcast hosted by Travis and his brother Jason Kelsey.
In the end, the Texans took the win over the Chiefs, ending the game with a score of 20-10.
Swift’s last public appearance supporting the Chiefs was on November 23, during another game against the Indianapolis Colts. On that occasion, she was seen in the VIP suite, cheering enthusiastically as the Chiefs won 23-20 in overtime.
Later, she joined her fiancé and father, Scott Swift, for a celebratory dinner at Kelsey’s restaurant, 1587 Prime Steakhouse. A photo shared on social media showed her posing at the upscale venue alongside Kelsey, her dad, and some of Kelsey’s family and friends.
Though she has kept a somewhat low profile at games since the NFL season kicked off in September, Swift’s appearances have certainly attracted attention. She managed to attend the Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles game secretly, watching from behind a large screen on September 14. According to reports, she also supported her fiancé during the game against the Baltimore Ravens later that month without being photographed.
During the Chiefs-Detroit Lions game on October 12, she was spotted engaging in a cheerful conversation in the VIP suite. Then, on October 27, she was seen sharing a moment with Brittany Mahomes while watching the Chiefs beat the Washington Commanders 28-7—this game was notable as Kelce scored his 100th career touchdown.
Swift and Kelce got engaged in August and have plans for a wedding at Swift’s mansion in Rhode Island. Allegedly, they’re looking to tie the knot next summer, and there are whispers that Swift is eager to start a family soon.
