Taylor Swift has had a pretty low-key offseason since wrapping up her ERAS tour last year. But there are definitely aspects of this global phenomenon that she’s been missing.
“I miss it, but, you know, I think it was perfect for what it was,” Swift, age 35, shared during her first time on a podcast.
“I really miss the fans, the connection. It was truly the most formative period of my life,” she added.
“The most incredible thing was—I had some really ambitious goals that I wanted to accomplish conceptually,” she said.
Travis Kelce supported her during various tour stops, making his debut at the London show where she performed on “The Tortured Poets Department.” Swift described that moment as “really special” in relation to her boyfriend.
At the conclusion of her ERAS tour, Swift also backed Kelce and the Chiefs during their playoff runs.
The Eagles continued their strong performance against the Chiefs with a 40-22 score.
While the couple kept a low profile this offseason, they mingled with retired NHL stars and made appearances at the 2025 Stanley Cup final, enjoying a vacation with Erin Andrews and her husband.
S Swift spent time with Kelce in Florida, where he moved into a lavish $20 million mansion in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club to prioritize his training at Johnny O’s gym.
She also dropped by Tight End College, a weekly bonding and training event for NFL tight ends in Nashville. Surprise! She performed “Shake It Off” alongside country musician Kane Brown at a private concert for players and friends.
Kelce has been working on his physique this offseason and is expected to show off a slimmer appearance. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler noted in June that he’s aiming for a “slightly slimmer look.”
As he prepares for his 13th NFL season, Kelce weighed in at 250 pounds last year.
Chiefs’ coach Andy Reid praised his tight end, saying he seems to look “half his age.”
In a recent interview with GQ, Kelce admitted he hasn’t played up to his standards in the past couple of years.
“I might have let things slide a bit because I was focused on setting myself up for other opportunities in entertainment,” he mentioned.
But he clarified: “This isn’t me saying I regret it. I’m just really proud that I didn’t let my hard work drop off, even if things have changed in the last couple of years.”
Since meeting Swift in the summer of 2023, Kelce has embraced various entertainment ventures, including roles in FX’s “Grotesquerie” this summer and the upcoming “Happy Gilmore 2.”
Kelce signed with the Creative Artist Agency (CAA) in 2023, hoping to secure a fourth Super Bowl title before ultimately ending his playing career.
Amid earlier retirement rumors, Kelce is still dealing with an expired contract. The Chiefs will kick off their 2025 season against the Chargers on September 5th in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
