Taylor Swift's alleged stalker David Crowe was finally behind bars after several arrests last week.

Crowe had been granted supervised release after his arraignment on January 24, but on Thursday a judge granted prosecutors' request to remand him into custody.

However, he allegedly showed up outside Swift's house shortly after leaving court.

The Manhattan District Attorney's Office confirmed to Fox News Digital, “The judge granted the resident's request for remand. A temporary protective order has also been issued in this case.”

“Your honor, this is impossible,” Crowe told the judge after the judge's ruling Thursday, according to the New York Post.

The judge granted the defense attorney's request for cross-examination to determine whether he was fit to stand trial. The next court hearing is scheduled for February 7th.

Assistant District Attorney Andrew Warshawer presented the judge with a time-stamped photo of Crow jumping into a dumpster outside his New York City apartment shortly after his release from prison on Wednesday.

“As evidenced by the available documents and photographs, the defendant has demonstrated that he is unable to comply with the court's orders,” Warshawer said.

He was arrested Wednesday ahead of Crowe's arraignment on Thursday. According to the New York Post, law enforcement officials said Crowe was seen jumping into a dumpster outside his home in Swift on January 24, leading to his arrest.

“I saw him rummaging through this trash can to get a blanket, and then he went a few doors down to the loading dock and sat down.” [from Swift’s apartment]'' one of Swift's neighbors told the publication.

“My heart is broken,” the neighbor continued. “I said, 'Oh my God, I can't believe this guy is coming back. I never want to see this person again. I hope he gets the help he needs, but leave him off our little streets. I thought it was necessary.”

A neighbor, who requested anonymity, said he had met Crowe before.

“He's been there since Christmas time,” a neighbor told the publication. “The first few times we met him, he was either sleeping on our stoop or always smoking on our neighbor's stoop.”

The NYPD released a statement to FOX News Digital following Crowe's arrest on January 24th.

“Officers responded to a 911 call regarding a disorderly male in the area of ​​Franklin Street and Hudson Street in the First Precinct,” the NYPD told Fox News Digital. “Upon arrival, the man left the area and entered the First Precinct, where he remained detained Nothing more happened. The arrest comes shortly after Crowe was arrested on Monday and appeared in court on charges of stalking and harassment.

The judge granted a full protective order.
