Taylor Swift's alleged stalker was rearrested on Wednesday, just minutes after being released without bail in Democratic-run New York City.
Prosecutors said David Crowe, 33, of Seattle, staked out Swift's Tribeca home more than 30 times in the past two months. Prior to this arrest, Crowe had been arrested twice in just three days. Once on Monday after his arrest two days earlier.
Monday's arrest included disorderly conduct after officers said they witnessed him harassing people. At that time he Paid Two counts of harassment and two counts of stalking.
witness Said of new york post Crowe had been hanging around Swift's neighborhood for “several weeks,” police said.
Neighbors described Crowe as a “prowler” who was seen “lurking” around Swift's front door.
“He's been here since Christmas,” said one resident. Said of post. “The first few times we met him, he was always sleeping on our front stoop or smoking on the next door neighbor's stoop.”

Nevertheless, after his second arrest, he was still released without bail and without charges, apparently going straight through the courthouse revolving door to Swift's neighborhood, where he was “at approximately 1:35 p.m. in Swift's “He was found rummaging through a trash can across the street from his Tribeca home in the afternoon.”
Crowe is in custody…for now.
Forget about Taylor Swift for a moment. Back to the topic, forget about celebrities.
If the accusations are true, why would anyone want to live in a city where one man is allowed to degrade the quality of life in a neighborhood like this for weeks and weeks? According to residents and police, the man has been making everyone unhappy since Christmas. He reportedly harasses people, sleeps on his front stoop, and scavenges when he has no reason to be there. he doesn't live there.
Listen, when it comes to criminal justice and the rights of the accused, no one bleeds more blood than me.When I was watching Law and order, I'm the obnoxious ponytailed defense attorney who tells Assistant District Attorney Mr. So and So that the warrant is about to be thrown out of court. The state terrifies me. It's always like that. But… once the state is properly challenged by opposing counsel and ordinary Americans, in the form of a jury, reach a verdict, it's time to throw away the keys and the ponytails come off.
In any case, loitering is and should be a crime. Laws against loitering are extremely important to protect our quality of life. Furthermore, if we stop cracking down on crimes that affect the quality of life, such as loitering, the region will begin to collapse. It all goes back to the broken windows theory. If the factory doesn't replace the broken window, people will think it's okay to grab a rock and break another window. If quality of life laws such as pandering, street sleeping, and loitering are not enforced, criminals will treat the area like the Wild West.

The Taylor Swift factor cannot be ignored. Assuming everything alleged here is true, a belligerent 33-year-old man was so obsessed with her that prosecutors say he staked out “her apartment 30 times in the past two months.” The more you claim that, the more you are attached to it.
Even by my standards, that's crazy. During the darkest period of my life, back in 1990, I only staked out Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio's house a few times. And it wasn't even her home. I made a mistake in the spelling. You can imagine my surprise when an enraged 65-year-old Marcello Mastroianni rushed out of his villa and aimed a sprinkler at me.
If everything reported here is true, then David Crowe is a real danger to Swift, a threat to the neighborhood, and nothing serious is being done about it…and It's unfortunate, but if you vote Democrat, you get what you vote for, and this is what you get. Most of these people, including Swift, vote Democratic, so they definitely don't have anything to complain about. This is what they wanted, right?
Even if some weirdo starts hanging out in the neighborhood for no reason, it won't happen again. But I live in normal America.

That I read less and less books these days because all pop culture (books, movies, music) has degenerated into simple “content” that tries to beat you over the head with messages. I noticed that. By the way, I found it… borrowed time Making complex characters and messy (authentic) worlds feel fresh and fun. I also have to admire your idea of what heaven is like.
