Teen accused of murdering parents and three siblings banned from contacting sole surviving sister

A 15-year-old boy accused of fatally shooting his parents and three siblings in a luxury Washington home has been banned from contacting his sister, the only survivor of the shocking massacre.

The suspect, whose name has not been released because of his age, was given a no-contact order during initial court proceedings Tuesday, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors asked the court to charge the boy with five counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.

Her surviving 11-year-old sister was shot twice during this disturbing killing spree.

She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after receiving medical assistance from a neighbor.

The children's parents were identified late Tuesday as Mark Humiston, 42, and his wife Sarah.

According to LinkedIn, Humiston was a software engineer at Hargis Engineers in Seattle.

All three children killed are believed to have been teenagers, the oldest being 15 years old.
