A 16-year-old boy has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder. A trial is scheduled for Saturday.
“It’s unfortunate for a mother and father who are raising their 7-year-old child and doing what they should be doing for them that their child can’t even walk down the sidewalk without being shot at,” Snelling said.
