A 15-year-old girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the driveway of a San Francisco home. The girl’s family is furious after passersby reportedly ignored her body.
Jazmin Pellegrini was found dead Saturday in a stranger’s driveway in Golden Gate City, shortly after she fled her Bay Point home without a phone or money, news station KRON4 reported. That was three days later.
“The exact cause of her death, along with the events leading up to it, are still unknown. Her family has no idea who she was with, how she got there, what she was doing, and why. We do not know if her body was left to rot,” her family wrote on the GoFundMe page.
The family claimed that no passerby stopped to help her.
“People walked past the body of this teenage girl and ignored her, thinking she was an unconscious homeless person. A man stopped to call paramedics, who revived her once, but then… Calm has returned,” they wrote.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, her shirt and bra were gone.
“There’s no way a 15-year-old girl can walk around like that with her shirt off,” Jazmin’s aunt, Ametisht Hajdu, told the magazine.
The cause of her death has not been determined, the media reported.
There is no suspicion of foul play, but the mother vowed to find the person responsible for “this heinous act.”
“We miss her so much and we will do anything to find the person who did such a terrible thing to her.”Well, mom, Marta Bahrani.he wrote on Facebook.
