Two illegal immigrants from Mexico have been arrested and accused of abusing minors on a Royal Caribbean cruise off Miami on Friday.
Jose Prudencio Diaz, 36, and Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Rial, 37, are accused of child abuse and display in connection with an incident that occurred on a sea cruise.
Additionally, Diaz is accused of having sex with another person without revealing his HIV infection, and according to arrest records, Leal is charged with sexual battery in a minor.

Homeland Security Secretary Christy Noem posted about the incident on Tuesday.
“One of them has HIV. Both have ice detainees. We will drive these diseases out of our country.” Noem wrote.
ICE didn't respond immediately to Fox News Digital.

The victim, identified as a 14-year-old boy, told police he was in the sauna on a separate sea cruise, when Diaz and Real began masturbating in front of him, a police report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office.
Royal Caribbean did not respond to inquiries from Fox News Digital immediately.

The two defendants then began to force victims to touch them, and Real forced the victims to engage in sexual activity, police records say.
The defendant was taken into custody safely, police said. There was no further information at the time of publication.
