A 19-year-old Utah hiker fell to his death while taking photos at Moonscape Overlook over the weekend, according to his family.

Fielding grew up in Missouri and was a pole vaulter in high school and an Eagle Scout. He was also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
“Jonathan truly cared about others. He really listened to you. He was a true friend in every sense of the word. He had many friends and was a positive influence. He gave,” his obituary said. “While Jonathan’s life was limited, his impact on others was not. He was loved by many. He will be missed by all who knew him.” I guess.”
