It is in his blood.
The violent crime took place in the family of a 14-year-old Newark juvenile and was charged with detective Joseph Azkona fired with a gust of bullets earlier this month, sources and relatives of the juvenile told the Post this week.
Unidentified teenage mother, Rabya Sawley, 43, was a drug dealer known for her long-standing North Nine Street block. Her twin sister, Hadhiya Saurie, 43, is her “crime partner” and runs the family business with her, sources added.
“It's a really, really bad family,” the source said. “They were all arrested on weapons charges.”
The teenage mom was a known member of the Bloods Gang when she was there. He was picked up in a drug attack in 2010 Law enforcement sources said she was arrested dozens of times for dealing with cocaine, cracks and other drugs in her home.
“She and her sister will run the medicine in the area,” the source added. “They are the bosses of the area, and that's what he grew up with.”
However, his aunt boasted about the post where she sold $4,000 a day.
“I put the whole North behind me,” Hadiya Saurie said of her area, the North District of Newark. “I do what I want to do.”
His aunt said he was in Newark for just six months since he moved from Georgia, where he played basketball and soccer in high school. He has been arrested multiple times for serious crimes, including robbery, he said.
“I told her to leave him there. “That's why I didn't want to come to Newark.”
She claims she is trying to protect local children from trouble, but appears to be just to save her skin.
“I don't want cop here, F-K-G,” she said she instructed them. “They're bad for business.”
