After Hurricane Helen devastated multiple states, massive flooding and near disaster occurred along the Nolichucky River in Tennessee.
Officials with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) feared rising water levels could cause Fox Weather's Nolichucky Dam in Greenville to rupture imminently. reported Saturday.
