Milania Giudice Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charges
Milania Giudice, the daughter of “Real Housewives” star Teresa Giudice, was reportedly taken into custody on May 14 for a disorderly conduct offense.
According to court records, the 20-year-old was arrested in New Jersey and faces charges of intentionally causing bodily injury, as noted by TMZ. Currently, her case is still ongoing in Montville Township Municipal Court, categorized under “domestic violence/confidential.”
Details surrounding the arrest remain sparse, particularly regarding the identity of the supposed victim and specifics of the incident leading up to her apprehension.
Milania had a scheduled court appearance on May 19, but, according to Page Six, she did not enter a plea on that occasion.
Teresa Giudice has four children with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice—Milania, alongside her siblings: Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, and Audriana, 16.
The family rose to fame through Bravo’s reality series, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” featuring their lives from 2009 until 2020, the year of Teresa and Joe’s separation. Their story took a serious turn when both pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges and received prison sentences in 2014. Joe was later deported and now resides in the Bahamas.
Milania has recently completed her sophomore year at the University of Tampa and has close to 360,000 followers on Instagram. Despite being active on social media since her arrest, she has not publicly commented on the situation, as reported by TMZ.
