Teslas torched with Molotov cocktails and shot at service center, Las Vegas police say

According to Nevada State Police, a man in all the black cars torched several Tesla vehicles with a Molotov cocktail along with a cocktail and fired them.

Details of the incident were announced at a media conference by the Metropolitan Police Department in Las Vegas. Go to KTNV-TV.

“We'll come after you. We'll find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.”

The fire station received a fire call on West Badura Avenue at 2:44am, and an investigation revealed at least three rounds of bullets had been fired at the vehicle.

The suspect approached the Tesla Service Center Tuesday morning and torched black and at least five vehicles.

The word “resistance” was also spray painted in red on the service center door. Social Media Photos Showed Vandalism.

“I believe they are in quarantine at this point,” Koren said. “We don't think there is any further threat to the public.”

Evans warned others against targeting Tesla's location and vehicles for vandalism.

“This kind of violent behavior is unacceptable, regardless of where it occurs,” he said. “It's a federal crime. We'll come after you. We'll find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.”

Evans said that although it has the characteristic “potential political agenda” associated with the attack, it was too early to reach a conclusion about the motivation.

“This level of violence is insane and deeply wrong. Tesla only made electric cars and did nothing worthy of these evil attacks,” the Tech billionaire wrote.

Tesla has been targeted for protests from leftists who oppose Musk's support for President Donald Trump and his efforts to reduce the size of the federal government.
