A massive fire broke out at a chicken farm in Texas, destroying the chicken coop, and firefighters continued to extinguish the blaze on Tuesday.

The Bryan Fire Department shared images of a fire showing large flames and a huge plume of smoke at the Feathercrest Poultry Farm, owned by MPS Egg Farms.

The sheriff’s office said it received a call about the fire Monday evening around 5 p.m., adding that multiple fire departments remained on scene Tuesday.

Officials said more than 100 firefighters were still battling the fire by Tuesday afternoon.
