Teyana Taylor marked the birthday of her rumored partner, Aaron Pierre, as he turned 31 this past Saturday.
The “Gonging Love Me” artist took to Instagram to post a playful message celebrating Pierre, who voices Mufasa.
“We cheer for 30 people and get more victories around the sun,” she wrote alongside two intimate photos of them together.
The first image features a selfie of Taylor, 34, blowing a kiss as Pierre smiles and tilts his head playfully. The second snapshot captures Pierre gazing into Taylor’s eyes while he stands between her legs on set.
Pierre expressed his gratitude in the comments, saying, “Now and always. Thank you Tay🌹.”
Fellow celebrities also showed their support in the comments section. Taraji P. Henson praised the post, calling it “Sooooooo good babe,” while Gabrielle Union simply added a string of heart and fire emojis. Andra Day chimed in with a “Smile!” and Kandi Burruss added, “Happy birthday!!!🎁🎂🎊🎈.”
Romance rumors between Taylor and Pierre began when they were seen together during the American Black Film Festival in February. A month later, they seemingly confirmed their relationship by sharing photos from the 2025 Oscars.
Earlier, a shirtless photo that Pierre posted to his Instagram story fueled some speculation, to which Taylor reacted with a vomiting emoji, writing “About di wey.”
This new relationship follows Taylor’s recent divorce from her ex-husband, Iman Shumpert, which was finalized in July 2024. The former couple shares two daughters, Junie, 9, and their younger child.
Recently, Taylor released a sultry music video for her new single, “Long Time,” which included a cameo by Pierre.
