Thailand Arrests Chinese Executive over Bangkok Earthquake Skyscraper Collapse

Thailand’s Special Investigation Agency (DSI) has arrested Zhang Chuanling, an executive at a company called China Railway No. 10 Ltd., as part of a broad investigation into the collapse of Chinese-made skyscrapers during the late March earthquake in Bangkok.
