The House Administrative Oversight Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), released its second and final report on the House Committee's investigation on January 6, and its contents are shocking. It was spot on.
Congressman Loudermilk joins us. glenn beck We consider the four major findings of the subcommittee's report.
1. Pipe Bomber
According to FBI testimony, the cell phone company that had data related to the January 6th pipe bomber had corrupted the data when it was received by the FBI. When the agency asked the carrier for the data again, it was reportedly told that the data was no longer available.
Loudermilk says he now knows this was a lie.
“We went to three major carriers and spoke to all of them. … All three said, 'Yes, we received a subpoena from the FBI. We did provide data.' he said. All three said the FBI never got back to us and requested the data again, saying it was corrupted,” he told Glenn.
When asked if these carriers still have the data, all three said, “Yes, we store data for each major event.”
“[The FBI] Although we devoted very little resources to finding the person who planted the pipe bomb, we will still do everything we can to find the person who was around the Capitol. That is not an equal application of the law,” he added.
2. Gallows
“The only thing is [Democrats] The presidential election was on January 6th, and Donald Trump claimed to be a traitor to our country. We systematically dismantled it, and the only thing they had was a gallows,” Loudermilk said, adding that Democrats' line was that “Mike Pence was not going to object to the certification of the vote. It was erected to “hang people,” he added.
“But the fact is that Trump didn't even know what Pence was going to do until 1 p.m. [were] “I wake up at 6 a.m.,” he clarified.
Additionally, if someone set up a small stand on the Capitol grounds, it would be removed immediately. So why did the Capitol Police allow the gallows to remain up all day?
Loudermilk said he has assigned a team to investigate how much of an investigation the FBI conducted into Gallows. When I asked all the government buildings on the street if they had been contacted by the FBI asking for video footage of trucks carrying gallows materials, they all said no.
“The FBI didn't waste any time finding out who set up the gallows,” Loudermilk says.
3. Liz Cheney
“Liz Cheney should be investigated,” he says bluntly.
Former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson was a “star witness who twice came before the select committee to testify under oath.”
“The third time she started changing her testimony from the first two, and the fourth time she completely exposed all kinds of crazy stories,” Loudermilk says.
What happened between the first two testimonies and the last two?
“She started communicating directly with Liz Cheney,” he says. Liz Cheney ironically referred Donald Trump to the Justice Department to investigate him for “witness tampering” in July 2022.
Unlike Trump, who was not successful in contacting witnesses, “Liz Cheney” did He even spoke to witnesses and admitted it was unethical. ”
“Cassidy Hutchinson says Cheney encouraged her to fire her attorney, and Liz Cheney helped her find a new attorney,” Loudermilk says.
4. Missing information
Liz Wheeler will take her place. Stu BruguiereThe section of the subcommittee's report that says “Liz Cheney and her committee's final report had hidden information'' and “there was terabytes of data that was somehow deleted'' points out.
“Do you know what information was retained from that final report…and is there a way to access the deleted data?” she asks.
“Yes, we know what was missing and we will make it public,” Loudermilk said, adding that some of the missing information “exonerated Trump, or that Cassidy It added that it included “eyewitness testimony that does not match Mr. Hutchinson's testimony.”
“In terms of the deleted documents, we know that all the videotapes of all the testimonies were destroyed, some of which could have exonerated Stefan Passantino,” he added. Ta.
