Conservatives and the Challenge Ahead
Looking back someday, people might wonder how conservatives let the left undermine them without even noticing. That’s kind of what’s happening now. Sure, the Cracker Barrel victory was enjoyable, but honestly, it feels somewhat irrelevant and sadly reflects our shortcomings on the right. It would make more sense to rally for change around something that truly counts.
Censorship and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are critical issues right now.
Information isn’t as freely available online as one might think. It’s largely controlled by Big Tech. Discovering the truth about contentious topics requires some digging. You need to know which Substacks to read, which podcasts to tune into, and who to follow on social media.
The average person isn’t doing this. Instead, they continue to rely on the “mainstream” media, which is laden with controlled narratives. Big Tech has established complex systems that ensure most people only encounter this “mainstream” content through Google searches or AI responses.
It’s remarkable that Trump managed to win even with such a significant information gap. But this victory has unfortunately diverted attention from a much larger danger. Ultimately, letting your political opponents dictate the information flow means you’ve already lost.
The threat extends beyond just information access. Current AI and robotics development is leaning towards a leftist mindset, complete with inherent biases and authoritarian tendencies.
These AIs primarily consume content from sources like Wikipedia, which many believe to be biased. It’s generally accepted that these machines will play a crucial role in our world—not just as data processors but integrated into robots and various other technologies. There’s a real possibility that they will oppose your beliefs and values.
Once again, congrats on the Cracker Barrel win, everyone. It’s always satisfying to stand up against the so-called woke agenda. Still, wouldn’t it be wiser to channel that enthusiasm into addressing a more pressing issue? Right now, the conservative side seems to be at rest when we have significant political influence, allowing the left to forge an upcoming robotic force.
