‘The Ball Is in China’s Court,’ They Must ‘Make a Deal with Us’

“The ball is in a Chinese court,” President Donald Trump said in a statement filed Tuesday by White House spokesman Caroline Leavitt, as Trump even moves unfair US trade practices.

Leavitt said Trump has clarified his position in China’s Crystal, but she filed an additional statement directly from the president.

“The ball is in the Chinese court. China needs to do business with us. We don’t need to do business with them. There’s no difference between China and other countries. However, they want what we have, what every country wants, what we have, what we have, what we have, what American consumers,” Levitt read Trump’s statement.

“Or to put it another way, they need our money,” she continued.

“So, once again, the president made it very clear that he is accepting business with China. China needs to do business with the United States,” added Levitt.

As China did not underestimate Trump’s “liberation day” announcement, Trump quickly responded last week by spurring the Communist anti.

“Based on the lack of respect China has shown to the global market, I am by this raising the tariffs charged to China by the United States to 125% and immediately taking effect,” Trump announced on Truth Society on Wednesday.

“At some point, in the near future, China will realize that the era of ripping the US and other countries is no longer sustainable or acceptable,” he continued.

A few days later, China retaliated by increasing tariffs on US imports to 125%.
