If you haven’t yet experienced the joy of what the Bulls accomplished on Tuesday night, you’re in for a treat. Hell, even if you’ve seen the craziness, it’s worth enjoying again.
This is easily the funniest play of the year, and it’s in contention for one of the most hilarious moments in NBA history. Chicago somehow managed to take the simplest bucket imaginable and turn it into a slapstick comedy.
There are a lot of special elements here.
- Torrey Craig performed well despite being down by nine points at the start of the second quarter.
- Andre Drummond thought Rob was his.
- Coby White could only watch this whole thing unfold in disgust, knowing he would be caught up in this moment.
All the works are wonderful. It’s a shame that poor Coby has to be around this mess, because he doesn’t deserve to breathe that smoke. The Bulls lost to the Knicks 128-117.
Craig and Drummond each finished with four points. One of them he should have been six.
