The cast of Green Wing bring the beloved sitcom back to life | Podcasts

IIt may only have been out for a few years, but the stars of Schmalzi’s American drama This Is Us already think it’s time for a big rewatch. Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown, and Chris Sullivan break down every episode. that was us Podcast scheduled to be released at the end of this month.

The star of the legal drama “Suits,” which was the most streamed show of 2023 despite ending in 2019, Start the rewatch pod (Unfortunately, Meghan Markle wasn’t there). In other places, A history of curbing enthusiasm Cast members Jeff Garlin and Susie Essman revisit Larry David’s recently completed back catalog of cringe comedies.

But this week’s top podcasts change the TV rewatch landscape.

The cult ’00s hospital comedy “Green Wing,” which was canceled in 2007, eschewed a series rewatch and was instead revived in podcast form. Many of the original Her cast, including Olivia Colman, Stephen Mangan, and Tamsing Craig, have reunited for Green Wing: Resurrected, a six-part audio drama from creator Victoria Pyle.

The entire original cast will appear, including Olivia Colman, Tamsin Greig and Stephen Mangan. The doctors are getting ugly and aging, making it worthwhile to return to East Hampton Hospital. Abbey Clancy breaks free from The Therapy Crouch (and co-host and husband Peter Crouch) for her own interview podcast. Her first guest is Google X’s former chief business officer, Mo She Gaudat. Not only does he talk about a happy, stress-free life, he also speaks movingly about the death of his 21-year-old son, grief, and spirituality. The tone is completely different from Clancy’s, and it’s a song that you can completely fall in love with. HV

Most episodes consist of 15 to 20 minutes of him, so there’s bound to be at least a few episodes that pique your interest, from Best Buy products for your home to how to winterize your residence when the thermostat drops.
