The Deshaun Watson trade is complete, and it has not gone well for the Browns

There’s nothing like knowing everything, and we finally know everything about one particular thing.

It was two years ago that the Cleveland Browns decided it was a good idea to trade quarterback Deshaun Watson. Cleveland reached the playoffs once during that span, and the best quarterback play in that stretch was Joe Flacco. Be careful…he’s not Deshaun Watson.

Incidentally, the Browns lost in a playoff game to the team that acquired Watson, the Houston Texans. Over the past two years, Nick Caserio has extracted everything the team got from the Watson trade and produced hit after hit. And now we can finally see the whole and complete package of this deal.
