The evidence against Clinton, Brennan, and Comey is more compelling than it has ever been.

The evidence against Clinton, Brennan, and Comey is more compelling than it has ever been.

Many politically aware Americans have come to recognize that the notorious Steel Dejar documents, which emerged during the 2016 election, are either a reckless fabrication or a harmful diversion. However, what often goes unnoticed is how genuine documents could become pivotal in criminal allegations against notable figures like Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and John Brennan.

They were aware. They pushed forward with it. And now, a case is being formed.

False Statements in Relevant Documents

On July 28, 2016, CIA Director John Brennan briefed key officials from the Obama administration, including President Obama, FBI Director James Comey, Vice President Joe Biden, and National Security Adviser Susan Rice. He reported that Clinton’s campaign aimed to implicate Donald Trump by accusing him of colluding with Russia. This strategy was meant to deflect attention from the fact that the Democratic National Committee had provided significant advantages to Senator Bernie Sanders.

If these associated documents represent absurd attempts at election manipulation, then those who crafted and supported them should face charges.

FBI Special Agent Michael Gaeta also alerted his superiors that Christopher Steele, the former British spy, was compiling damaging materials for Clinton’s campaign. Brennan subsequently shared this intelligence with the FBI as a criminal referral.

So, what are the implications for Clinton, Brennan, and Comey, given that they had this information?

Clinton endorsed and orchestrated a media frenzy. Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri and Clinton herself promoted the narrative of a Trump-Russia conspiracy thoroughly to the press. This assertion was, quite simply, misleading.

This opens avenues for potential criminal charges, as it involves orchestrating operations built on deceptive statements to both federal officials and the media.

Brennan’s Role in Promulgating Misinformation

Brennan seemed to play both sides. He precisely briefed White House officials while reportedly relaying misleading information to legislators such as Senator Harry Reid.

Despite being aware that the documents lacked verification, Brennan argued that there was a “circle of truth” and fought to have it included in the intelligence community’s evaluation as “Annex A.” In May 2023, he denied promoting these documents to the House Judiciary Committee, contradicting an email he sent in December 2016. The possibility of him lying under oath could invite serious legal consequences.

Comey’s FISA Oversight

James Comey, who led the FBI during this time, didn’t merely go along with the situation; his actions effectively institutionalized it.

Comey approved the October 2016 FISA warrant application without informing the court that Steele’s findings were tied to Clinton’s campaign. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe tried to minimize the documents’ origins concerning the FISA application.

Later, in December 2016, President Obama mandated changes to a professionally drafted version of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) to include references to a supposed “hack and leak” scheme. Both Brennan and Comey were aware of this alteration and inserted a summary of the relevant documents into the ICA, fully aware that at least part of it was inaccurate, particularly since several of Steele’s sources were linked to the Kremlin.

In simple terms, they mixed lies from the Kremlin with their own narratives.

Origins of the Documents

The true background of the documents tells a different story.

Glenn Simpson’s Fusion GPS hired Steele to work for the Russian businessman Denis Kato. Simpson also contributed to organizing the infamous Trump Tower meeting with Russian lawyers. While promising incriminating information about Clinton, the real goal was to counter the Magnitsky sanctions.

Steele had previously collaborated with Russian oligarchs. His key source? Igor Danchenko, a Brookings analyst who tried to mislead U.S. officials. He claimed connections between prominent Russian figures and CEO Igor Sechin.

The supporting cast for Danchenko’s dubious claims included Russian public relations agents and former media operatives who boasted of their connections to Clinton’s State Department.

Mueller’s Compounding of the Situation

Unexpectedly, Robert Mueller’s special counsel office employed Danchenko and approved a $200,000 payment to him, even seeking an additional $346,000. It just shows how far the conspiracy narrative has gone. Federal law enforcement may have inadvertently funded Russian operatives to advance an investigation.

Additionally, Susan Rice’s January 2017 notes corroborated that Comey intended to keep Russian information from the incoming Trump administration. Comey appeared to take pride in this covert maneuvering against Trump, keeping personal memos intended to cover his tracks.

Mueller’s team embraced the core idea of Steele’s documents, notably the “Putin Hack and Leak” narrative, despite clear indications that DNC data was likely downloaded internally rather than hacked.

Treason Has No Expiration

Interestingly, Brennan’s 2023 testimony could potentially extend the statute of limitations, granting Justice Department investigators more leeway in piecing together connections from the Clinton campaign to the FBI, CIA, and the White House.

Much of this can be traced back to Steele’s documents, which represent a cynical exercise reminiscent of major political scandals in America. If these documents amount to absurd election interference, then their creators and proponents should be prosecuted. This situation transcends a mere media smear against Donald Trump; it constitutes a coordinated disinformation effort utilizing Russian sources, channeled through federal agencies, aimed squarely at undermining a sitting president.

If this isn’t criminal, then what is?
