The future of the Republican Party: MAHA, tech bros, and young trads

Trump may have won the presidency, but he is the only president until 2028. After that, Republicans must find a way to keep the Magazine momentum going.

Matthew Peterson of “Blaze News Tonight” believes that the ideologically different types of Americans who unite behind Trump are the key.

“What's going to happen over the next few years is that tensions and health tensions occur between different parts of this new coalition on the right,” he says.

“I mean, I just think about voters. Some people are Joe Logan listeners, and although not very political in itself, they are opposed to worry. They don't like what's going on there.

“You see the rise of young trade on the right, classics, religious conservatives, and very parental Trump. You see Mahamama too,” he continues, “people are talking about all these chemicals.”

“This is a broad and diverse coalition, and this is also what victory looks like,” he adds.

But, as Peterson said, this will spark discussion within the party.

“Even now, at HHS, there are people who still meet their plans on the tech peers when it comes to health and management,” explains Peterson.

“And you have so many people about opposing big corporations and a lot of poison, and against a lot of scientific research funded by big corporations,” he continues.

“Now, these two aspects aren't always agreeing. I like both. They both have great qualities. And if they're discussing things internally, that's good, that's what we want.

“We're going to have a lot of exciting debates about where this should go, in order to build a new coalition for the future, and that's a sign of victory,” he adds.
