Laws against President Donald Trump didn't end once he regained his oval office – and Josh Hammer, host of “The Josh Hammer Show” and “American America” is well known. Masu.
“What happened to these activist judges?” Liz Wheeler of The Liz Wheeler Show asks Hammer. “Do they have the authority to issue these national injunctions that are dismissing Trump's executive orders based on their position on these federal benches?”

“They don't actually have the ability to self-dissolve their orders. Frankly, even the former US are the closest to law officers for federal judiciary to enforce their orders.” Hammer explains.
Hammer added that what is happening now, in the first section of Article 3 of the Constitution, establishing federal judiciary and against Trump's leaders, is a “judicial uprising.”
“The left normalized the use of the term “rebellion.” We might take them where their mouths are, and maybe we just throw it back in their direction,” Hammer says.
“If there's no decisive ruling to end this whole charade, then administrative agencies will effectively halt because there's this judicial uprising there, so the national injunction ruling is probably the most pressing priority “He explains.
