Following the horrific Islamic extremist terrorist attack in New Orleans, Americans are wondering who and what will be targeted next.
A few months ago, former CIA target Sarah Adams predicted that radical Islamists, effectively known as sleeper cells, were scattered throughout the United States and were attempting to stage coordinated terrorist attacks.
“You made that prediction six or seven months ago. It came true on January 1st,” Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” asked Adams, adding, “If the U.S. “If we're sitting here in the United States with 1,000 Islamic extremist sleeper cells, what are they waiting for?”
“Whatever the timing al-Qaeda chooses, and whatever agreement it makes with the Islamic State Khorasan province, these so-called 'lone wolf attacks' will occur again and again,” Adams said. “And the point is to shift the focus of law enforcement to the 'lone wolf.'
“It actually consumes a lot of resources,” she added. “Then we won't have to spend time investigating the massive al-Qaeda conspiracy.”
And under the Biden administration, that threat will only grow.
“We've allowed a lot of terrorists into this country,” Adams tells Wheeler. “So it takes time to train terrorists, get them going, get them staffed. They've all been trained, they've all been sent to the United States, so a homeland attack is now possible.”
“So we're facing a series of attacks that are being planned. So I think people need to take this issue seriously, because we're trying to stop some of these attacks. “It helps us do that,” she added.
“What do we expect these attacks to look like? Like in New Orleans, we'll start seeing quote-unquote 'one-off' events like this, randomly, more often. Is it? Do they have plans for an attack like the one on October 7th? What are you expecting? ” asked Wheeler anxiously.
“We have both. So we're going to see a one-off first, and we're probably going to see at least one U.S. embassy overseas targeted. “Well, then there will be a massive 9/11 style attack, but it will be more like a Hamas attack or something like the Mumbai Conspiracy from 15 years ago,” Adams replies.
“We believe that about 10% of attackers are suicide bombers, but we also believe that suicide bombings don't just happen on land, they also happen in the air on airplanes,” she added.
