The painful question Kyle Busch's daughter asks every day since his passing

Samantha Busch revealed that she has been in touch with the NASCAR driver every morning since the tragic death of her husband Kyle Busch’s 4-year-old daughter, Lennix, who passed away on May 21st.

Lennix died at the young age of 41 due to complications related to pneumonia that progressed to sepsis, as stated by his family.

On Monday, Samantha shared a touching image on her Instagram Story of Lennix speaking to her father during breakfast, positioned in front of two framed photos of him.

“Morning breakfast with dad,” Samantha captioned the photo. “She wakes up every day, tells me how she slept, shares her plans, and asks if I’m having fun in heaven.”

Samantha and Kyle also have an 11-year-old son named Brexon.

During a recent podcast and in her social media posts, Samantha spoke openly about navigating grief and motherhood after her husband’s passing. She included some snapshots of her children in one of her Instagram updates.

“I lost the love of my life, my person, and my best friend—the one I thought I would grow old with,” Samantha expressed.

However, she emphasized, “I’m still a mom. Grief doesn’t stop me from parenting. Each morning arrives with its own set of questions to answer and children needing comfort as they process a loss that is utterly unfair.”

“Yet, I’m still a mom. Brexon and Lennix need hugs, laughter, and stability as they cope with their own pain while mine feels unendurable.”

Samantha and Kyle tied the knot on December 21, 2010.

The two-time Cup Series champion passed away only hours after being admitted to the hospital for a serious illness, as reported in a joint statement by his family, Richard Childress Racing, and NASCAR.

According to reports, Kyle was in a Chevrolet racing simulator in Concord, North Carolina, when he became unresponsive and was rushed to a hospital in Charlotte.

On that day, a 911 call indicated that he was found unresponsive and vomited blood.

Busch holds the remarkable record of 234 wins across NASCAR’s three national series.
