Joel Pollack, senior editor of Breitbart News, spoke this week at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, telling students and faculty that the Bible's teachings are essential to freedom and that they are more important than ever at a time when anti-Semitism has exploded on college campuses across the country.
Pollack was at Hillsdale to inaugurate a journalism scholarship that he and his wife, economist Julia Pollack, recently established to honor her mother, Rhoda Kaddaly, a pioneering anti-apartheid feminist who was a fierce critic of the post-apartheid government and an ardent supporter of President Donald Trump.
“My wife, Julia, and I wanted to leave a legacy for Rhoda, who passed away just two and a half years ago, that reflected her values: her strong commitment to truth, her intolerance of bigotry in any form, and her deep love of the Christian faith,” Pollack told Hillsdale students.
