“You can have everything prepped and ready to go at night before you go to bed, and in the morning, all you have to do is pop it in the oven and serve,” says California-based food blogger Catherine McCord, who runs Weelicious.

6 large eggs
⅔ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican cheese blend, mozzarella, cheddar, or Monterey Jack)
½ teaspoon kosher salt

5 slices of whole wheat bread that has been left out for a day, cut into cubes
4 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup cooked vegetables, chopped (broccoli, corn, peppers, onions, or any leftover vegetables from last night’s dinner)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
3. Dip the cubed bread into the egg mixture and stir until just combined (be careful not to overmix the bread as it will crumble).

4. Mix remaining ingredients together.
5. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
6. Serve.
