New White House Domain Sparks Alien Speculation
A surprising new website, Aliens.gov, has been registered by the federal government, stirring up curiosity about what President Trump might reveal concerning U.S. intelligence knowledge about extraterrestrial life.
This revelation follows closely on the heels of Trump’s announcement that he would instruct officials to disclose information regarding UFOs and alien life. While the website isn’t active yet, the domain has been secured for an undisclosed purpose.
The discovery emerged from an automated check on a federal website and came just about a month after Trump stated his intent to push for the release of those files.
“Given the strong interest shown, I will instruct the Secretary of the Army and other pertinent departments to start identifying and releasing government documents about aliens, extraterrestrials, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), along with any other relevant information on these complex and intriguing issues,” Trump shared last month on Truth Social.
This statement reportedly set off a flurry of activity among federal organizations, including the Pentagon and the White House. However, specific details, such as timelines or involvement of classified materials, remain unclear.
Army Secretary Pete Hegseth took a measured approach in his subsequent statement, balancing compliance with the executive order while avoiding overpromising specifics.
“The team is currently working on this. It’s tough to say how long it will take—let’s keep expectations in check,” he stated, keeping the timeline vague.
“We are diligently following the executive order and are eager to provide information to the president,” he added, still treading carefully on the matter.
When asked about his personal beliefs regarding extraterrestrial beings, Hegseth hesitated, saying, “I’ll look into it and get back to you guys.”
The Department of Defense has consistently asserted that there’s been no definitive proof of extraterrestrial life or drones, yet a former assistant secretary of defense intelligence indicated otherwise. Christopher Mellon, who served under Presidents Clinton and Bush, recently told the Post that the government has plenty of compelling photographic and video evidence that, if made public, could elevate the conversation about UFOs significantly.
“The satellite images reveal things our technology doesn’t resemble,” Mellon noted, emphasizing the distinction. He mentioned there are various videos from reliable sources that were deemed unclassified back in 2018, yet remain unavailable to the public.
“I can attest to their existence because I’ve seen some of those videos,” he remarked, adding that there seems to be no solid reason for withholding such information.
In a more recent comments, former President Obama, during an interview, acknowledged the reality of aliens but admitted he’s never encountered one personally.
“They’re not hidden away in Area 51. Unless there’s a gigantic cover-up going on, I doubt there’s any secret facility,” he stated.
This sparked considerable chatter online, leading Obama to clarify his thoughts through an Instagram post. He noted, “In terms of the universe, statistically, there’s likely life out there. But the vast distances between stars make it improbable that aliens have ever visited us, and during my presidency, we found no evidence of contact with extraterrestrial life. Truly!”
