These are America’s favorite cheeses

Americans are anti-American…Cheese.

“A lot of the Brie that's mass-produced in America has a very mild flavor of the skin, sometimes with a chemical smell,” Mullen added.

Kansas, North Dakota, and Oklahoma choose hot pepper jack as their favorite, while residents of Hawaii, Louisiana, and Oregon munch on smoked gouda.

The average American indulges in a staggering amount of 42 pounds of cheese per yearor worth $884 per year.
