Border Emperor Tom Homan reminded Thursday that members of the MS-13 gang are disproportionately hurting the migrant communities they claim they want to protect.

In a Fox News “American Report,” Homan said Democrats have chosen to ignore the heinous and inhumane crimes committed by Tren de Agua (TDA) and MS-13 members against the American citizens and immigrant communities.

Police records and court documents show Garcia smuggled people into the US, having good status with MS-13 and physically abused his wife.
In 2011, an immigration judge issued a deportation order to Garcia, according to court documents. The judge gave Garcia a protected status known as “withholding for removal” in October 2019 after determining that if he returns to El Salvador he would likely be persecuted by the gang.
