‘This Is A Shocking Pick’: Trump Says Harris-Walz Ticket Would Make America ‘Go Communist Immediately’

Former President Donald Trump has criticized Minnesota Democratic Governor Tim Walz’s record on border security and transgender issues, saying the United States would become “communist” if Walz and Vice President Kamala Harris win.

Harris introduced Waltz as her running mate at a rally in Philadelphia on Tuesday, where President Joe Biden’s name was never mentioned. “If you look at his record, no walls, no security, let anybody in, he’s worse than them,” Trump said. “Nobody knew how radically left-wing she was, but if you want to know the truth, he’s a smarter version of her. He’s probably as good as Bernie Sanders or better than Bernie Sanders. She’s better than Bernie Sanders. That should be your guide, Bernie Sanders. It’s not a great guide, but we’ve never had a candidate like this before.”

He’s very passionate about transgender people and he thinks everything transgender is great, but that’s not what the country wants at all. This is shocking. Honestly, this is a shocking choice.”
