‘This is the first time he’s ever done this’ 

Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, received a standing ovation at his father’s rally in Florida on Tuesday, which the former president suggested was his campaign debut.

Baron, 18 years old, He turned around and waved to the crowd. The former president met with Trump supporters at the Doral golf course owned by his father, praising the president’s smarts, conduct and growing popularity.

“He’s a young man. He just turned 18. Oh, look at this,” the 78-year-old former president said, pausing as the crowd’s cheers intensified.

“There’s a very young man who’s in college right now who got into all the colleges he wanted, he chose them himself,” Trump continued. “He’s a very good man.”

“Barron, this is the first time he’s done this … stand up,” Trump said, as his teenage son stood and once again pumped his fist and waved at the crowd.

“It’s the first time he’s ever done that. The first time, right? You’re pretty popular. He might be more popular than Don or Eric, we’ve got to talk about that,” the former president said, referring to his other two sons who addressed the crowd before their father’s arrival.

“Welcome, Barron,” the former commander said, noting that Barron had “a very nice, carefree life, but things have changed a bit now.”

Barron was recently seen riding in a golf cart with his father in a video that surfaced of the former president slamming President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris just days after the June 27 debate.

In May, the 18-year-old was asked to be Florida’s delegate to the Republican National Convention, but he turned down the offer.

Barron, who is 6ft 7in tall and taller than his father, has largely stayed out of the political fray.

The Trumps have not announced which college Barron will attend in the fall.
