“Yesterday, Shane suffered a severe fall during a cross-country school session. Fortunately, his horse was not injured in the fall,” the statement read.

“Shane is currently in the ICU with a severely fractured femur, fractured pelvis and ribs. He also suffered a severe concussion.”
Rose underwent surgery on Friday to “stabilize her femur and pelvis.”
