Throuple squatted in Atlanta mansion for nearly a year, cops

Authorities say the trio had been illegally occupying a luxury Atlanta mansion for nearly a year before their dramatic eviction.

Abdulrasheed York, Pamela Delpiano and “others” are listed as innocent intruders, according to court documents obtained by . WSB TV. Neighbors thought they belonged, the sheriff's office said.

The trio snuck in the door while bank JP Morgan was in the process of foreclosing on the premises. The bank filed paperwork in January in Fulton County Court asking the squatters to leave, according to the report.

York filed a counterclaim against the bank seeking $50,000 for repairs he allegedly made to the house.

Police found a dead dog inside the home, according to WSB-TV. York said he is looking for a place to fill it.

The group cooperated with police at the scene, but no arrests were made.
