Tiffany Henyard, the scandal-plagued Democratic mayor of Dalton, Illinois, appears to be facing another disaster after local news reports say she is being evicted from her home.
Henyard, who residents have dubbed “America's worst mayor,” and her boyfriend Kamal Woods owe more than $3,300 in rent for the home they have rented for the past three years in the 14600 block of South Harvard University. . On Tuesday, another out-of-control meeting broke out in Thornton Township, where Mr. Henyard is also the Thornton Township supervisor. Township trustees called on Ms. Henyard to be more open about her lavish spending habits and accused him of attacking her.
