Tiger Woods, Jon Rahm struggle, highlight PGA Championship missed cuts

Some of the biggest names on the PGA Tour and LIV Golf are returning home early after missing out on a spot at the 2024 PGA Championship.

The cut line at Valhalla was 1 under, with the second round ending late Saturday morning after an extended fog delay.

Four-time PGA Championship winner Tiger Woods and two-time major winner Jon Rahm were two of the big names who missed out.

Woods got off to a terrible start in Friday’s round. Big Cat had par, double bogey, bogey, double bogey. He signed with a 77 after shooting a 72 on Thursday to finish the week at seven over.

Rahm played better than Woods, but still couldn’t get anything going. He recorded his 70-72 on his 36 holes and remained at even par for the week. However, it was noticeable that he struggled with his swing both days. He had nine birdies, seven bogeys and one double bogey in 36 holes.
