Tragic Incident Involving Influencer’s Son

Emily Kisser, an influencer, was reportedly away when her three-year-old son drowned.

Trigg, a young TikTok star, passed away last month, shortly after authorities discovered that the family’s home in Arizona was unresponsive, as reported by the Chandler Police Department.

On May 27, Kisser filed a lawsuit in Arizona Superior Court, requesting that all records related to her son’s death be kept from the public, including any distressing footage from the incident.

The 26-year-old also provided a personal statement detailing her grief, according to reports.

On June 3, a judge granted temporary confidentiality, citing the need for privacy. As it stands, the records are sealed until further issues regarding privacy come up.

Documents obtained indicate that Trigg died from an “accidental drowning” at the family’s home. Kisser’s lawyer remarked that the family is deeply saddened and struggling with public scrutiny.

The attorney highlighted that the boy’s death has spiraled into a media frenzy.

A source close to Kisser stated she was not home when the drowning occurred, emphasizing her wish to keep the footage sealed to avoid reliving the painful aftermath.

“Her actions have led the court to consider maintaining privacy regarding the tragic event,” the source mentioned, framing it as a reasonable request to protect Kisser from further distress.

While acknowledging Kisser’s public profile, the source argued that it does not negate her right to privacy, and should not turn her son’s death into a spectacle.

Public agencies have reportedly received over 100 requests for footage related to infant deaths, which, to the source, serves more to satisfy morbid curiosity than to seek justice.

Since Trigg’s tragic passing on May 18, police have been investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. Reports indicate that he was found unresponsive in the family swimming pool.

The Chandler Police confirmed that the child succumbed to his injuries after being hospitalized in critical condition. Authorities have expressed sympathy towards the Kisser family, pledging to respect their privacy and refrain from disclosing details about the case.
