On Thursday, a man who identified himself on social media as “Black Biden” assisted police in arresting a suspected child predator in Long Beach, California.
“Black Biden” posed as a 15-year-old boy online and lured the suspect to a “date” at a fast food restaurant.
“He seemed initially willing to cooperate,” the good Samaritan told FOX 11 Los Angeles. “And the next thing you know, he was just about to book it.”
Police and “Black Biden” chased the man, but he quickly ran out the front door of the facility.
The number of students who identify as transgender or non-binary is rapidly increasing on UC campuses.

“I just tripped him up,” “Black Biden” said. “So I tripped him and he fell and the cops caught up to him.”
“Black Biden” said there was an ongoing struggle with the suspect and at one point he feared the suspect might try to take the officer’s gun.
“You came here trying to harm a child, and I take that very seriously,” “Black Biden” told FOX 11. “Not today. Black Biden isn’t watching.”

His videos posted on Instagram have nearly 7,000 likes.
“I’m so happy your good deeds are finally being shown on the news!” one user wrote.
In response, another Instagrammer commented, “Black Biden is doing God’s work.”
“Black Biden” wears a large, furry, gray disguise and is set up for multiple arrests that led to convictions, FOX 11 reported.

Long Beach police did not immediately respond to FOX News Digital’s request for comment, but they identified the suspect to FOX 11 as Cody Lane Oreiro, 41, of Hawthorne. Oreiro was charged with one count of arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purposes and one count of resisting a police officer.
No one was injured during the arrest of the suspect.
