Country star Tim McGraw is teaming up with the fitness chain Planet Fitness after the company’s value fell after the company told women to use the same restrooms as male customers and instructed employees to use pro-trans language.
“To help you stay in shape while on tour, I’ve partnered with Planet Fitness to give away VIP ticket experiences to their Standing Room Only tours,” McGraw said in a promotional video posted to the Planet Fitness account on Friday.

“To enter, simply download the free Planet Fitness app and complete one of my signature strength, endurance, core or high intensity workouts,” the “Don’t Take the Girl” singer continued.
“You won’t be entered into the giveaway, but you’ll be feeling energized just like me before I go onstage,” McGraw added, “So check out the workout and maybe you’ll see me at the show. Good luck!”
Notably, McGraw’s partnership with Planet Fitness comes after the gym faced intense backlash for requiring women to share bathrooms with men and forcing employees to speak the way transgender customers wanted them to.
“Some members may be uncomfortable with transgender members using the same sex-segregated locker rooms, restrooms, showers or other facilities or programs. This discomfort is not a reason to deny entry to a transgender member,” Planet Fitness’ operations manual states.
At Planet Fitness, women are required to share bathrooms with men and to call men by their preferred names and pronouns.

The fitness chain also asked staff to “strive to address transgender members by their name, title, pronouns or other terms that are consistent with their declared gender identity,” adding that “gyms can immediately terminate membership for violations of this policy.”
As Breitbart News reported, Planet Fitness’ stock price has fallen in the wake of the transgender bathroom controversy, causing the company’s value to plummet by $400 million.
