Timberwolves tried and failed to land Kevin Durant before NBA trade deadline

Kevin Durant revealed he doesn't want to be reunited with the Warriors, but the Timberwolves reportedly tried to see if they could finish the season in Minnesota.

The Timberwolves, who finished seventh in the Western Conference on Thursday night, landed Durant “who made a final ditch effort near the deadline.” According to NBA Insider Chris Haynes.
