Timothee Chalamet and Suni Lee enjoy Knicks vs. Hawks Game 2

Star-Studded Night at Madison Square Garden

Madison Square Garden was buzzing with celebrities during Game 2 of the Knicks’ first-round NBA playoff series against the Hawks on Tuesday night.

Knicks enthusiasts Timothée Chalamet, Ben Stiller, and his wife Christine Taylor sat courtside, close to actress Julianne Moore and tennis icon John McEnroe.

Spike Lee was in his usual spot, donning a blue Knicks No. 14 jersey, perhaps looking for some divine intervention.

“Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon attended, joined by comedian Ray Romano and rappers Fat Joe and Jadakiss. Suni Lee, the two-time Olympic gold medalist, made another appearance at MSG, clearly a fan of the atmosphere.

Knicks legends like Patrick Ewing, John Starks, Marcus Camby, Larry Johnson, and Latrell Sprewell were also back, reminiscing about past playoff moments.

Walt “Clyde” Frazier, a two-time NBA champion, was there for the first time on a local network that doesn’t air the first-round playoffs anymore. Former Knick Stephon Marbury joined the festivities as well.

Mets owner Steve Cohen and former closer John Franco were spotted courtside, adding to the celebrity lineup. New York City native Matt Rhule, now a football coach at Nebraska, also visited the famous arena.

As the game progressed, the Knicks led 63-54 at halftime. Jalen Brunson and the team aimed to secure a 2-0 advantage in the series against the sixth-seeded Hawks before heading to Atlanta for the next game on Thursday night.
