Timothée Chalamet reacts strongly to Knicks victory while watching in Rome

Timothée Chalamet was in high spirits as he celebrated the Knicks’ nail-biting 91-90 win against the Celtics in Game 2. The Academy Award nominee, along with Knicks fans, marked the occasion from Rome, where he and girlfriend Kylie Jenner made their red carpet debut at the David Di Donatello Awards.

On his Instagram Stories, Chalamet expressed his excitement with an enthusiastic post featuring Knicks captain Jalen Brunson on screen, declaring, “F-king Go Holllyyy S-TTT.”

After trailing 50-41 at halftime, the Knicks rallied with a strong second half, scoring 30 points and managing to clinch the victory thanks to Mikal Bridges’ impressive steal right at the end.

Having taken a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference semifinals, the Knicks will head back to New York with a solid advantage.

A bit of background on Chalamet: at 29, he’s no stranger to the Knicks’ postseason excitement. He notably skipped the glitzy Met Gala on Monday to cheer for the Knicks during their thrilling 108-105 comeback in Game 1, while 27-year-old Jenner attended the gala solo.

Chalamet has also been seen courtside at Madison Square Garden for the playoffs, supporting the Knicks in their first-round matchup against the Pistons, alongside fellow fan Ben Stiller.

It’s still uncertain if Chalamet will be present at the upcoming games when the series shifts back to New York. Regardless of his attendance, the Knicks seem poised to keep performing well under pressure.

Bridges, reflecting on the team’s mindset, noted, “I think we’re confident just knowing we’re always going to find a way. A lot of us said, ‘We’ve been here before, and I’m sure we’ll win this game.'”

Game 3 is scheduled for Saturday at 3:30 PM, followed by Game 4 at 7:30 PM on Monday night.
