Tensions are already building on the Titans sideline.
Tennessee coach Brian Callahan was caught on camera reacting strongly to quarterback Will Revis' latest gaffe during the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Jets.
“Hey, what the hell are you doing?” Callahan appeared to say.
Facing third down and goal at the Jets' 6-yard line, Revis backed up under pressure and appeared to stumble while trying to get out of the pocket.
He tried to roll the ball to running back Tyjay Spears as he fell, but the Titans running back couldn't get the ball before Jets linebacker Quincy Williams recovered it.
It was Revis' latest blunder in the Titans' second game of the season.
Revis also threw the ball carelessly in Tennessee's season-opening loss to the Bears, allowing six interceptions.
“If we had punted for 10 yards on first down every time, we might have won the game the way we lost it,” Callahan said after the game, a game criticized by many as much as Revis.
The Titans lost to the Jets 24-17 on Sunday, after Aaron Rodgers mounted a game-winning touchdown drive in the fourth quarter and Tennessee's final drive — a Revis effort at Gang Green's 8-yard line with 35 seconds left — fell short.
