Tobey Maguire has been spotted flirting with a model 25 years his junior – after rumours he was dating another younger woman emerged last month, with his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer insisting it was “nonsense”.
The 49-year-old “Spiderman” star was photographed swimming at a private beach on the Italian island of Sardinia on Wednesday with 24-year-old Babette Strivos, who showed off her toned figure in a tiny tan two-piece bikini.
Meanwhile, Maguire was pictured wearing a navy floral swimsuit and black sunglasses. Get it from the Daily Mail On Friday, he was seen flashing a big smile during an outing in Porto Cervo.
At one point, Strivos held the “Pleasantville” star tightly underwater and they shared multiple kisses.
They also looked longingly into each other’s eyes and appeared to be laughing together while covering up.
It is unclear when Maguire began his romantic relationship with Strivos or if they are officially a couple.
Reps for him and the blonde beauty did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
However, this lovey-dovey sighting comes less than a month after he was allegedly linked to 20-year-old Lily Chi.
The Great Gatsby star was spotted leaving Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin’s star-studded party with the young model on July 4th, sparking dating rumors.
Maguire made no public displays of affection towards Chi at the time, but the pair appeared to be dating as they went out together and Maguire even touched her waist as he walked her out.
The romance rumors caught the attention of Meyer, who split from Maguire in 2016 after six years of marriage, but she didn’t believe her ex-husband and Chi were real.
When a netizen asked the jewelry designer how she felt about the “Boss Baby” actor “having a relationship with someone three years older” than her 17-year-old daughter, Ruby, Meyer fired back.
“I normally don’t respond to that kind of nonsense but he was kindly helping his friend out to his car,” she claimed.
Meyer, 47, added that Maguire was just a “nice guy” and called the social media user “rude”.
