Luxury Home Relisted in Miami Beach for $169 Million

Just under six weeks after acquiring a Miami Beach property for $105 million, developer Todd Michael Glazer has put a stunning $169 million home back on the market.

This estate, located at 5940 North Bay Road, sits on the prestigious North Bay Road—often referred to as Park Avenue—Miami Beach’s most exclusive street.

Originally built in 1936, the main house sprawls across 2.3 acres and boasts 290 feet of waterfront along Biscayne Bay. Records indicate that Glazer signed the purchase agreement in February, finalizing the deal in late July.

North Bay Road features a four-mile stretch of waterfront properties with a combined value nearing $2 billion, according to listings from Zachary Vichinski and Brett Harris of Bespoke Real Estate, in collaboration with Nelson Gonzalez from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

The property has an impressive entrance with a double-height foyer and grand staircases. The main floor includes spacious family rooms, formal living and dining areas, a bar for entertainment, game rooms, a screening room, and a sun-filled conservatory—all with stunning views.

The second-floor main suite features barrel-vaulted ceilings, custom designs, and French doors leading to a terrace that offers views of the skyline and the water. This suite also includes a morning bar, two walk-in closets, and a luxurious spa-like bathroom.

Moreover, the residence includes an accessory structure with a racquetball court that connects to the main house.

Surrounded by well-manicured landscaping, the outdoor amenities comprise tennis courts, pavilions, a pool, a pool house, a guesthouse, a summer kitchen, and a private dock equipped with a boat lift.

In total, the estate—including the main house, pool house, and guesthouse—features nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, and four powder rooms. Though the breakdown of bedrooms per structure isn’t specified, it’s clear that it’s a sizable property.

Interestingly, this listing emerges in the wake of Bespoke’s $122.1 million sale at 18 La Gorce. However, this new offering is unique as it presents the properties as one extensive contract.

Vichinski highlighted that “5940 North Bay Road represents a prime opportunity in Miami Beach, distinguished by its remarkable address.” A notable statement, considering the intense global demand for such rare waterfront properties.

Past owners of homes on North Bay Road include celebrities and prominent figures, such as Josh Harris, co-founder of Apollo, and David and Victoria Beckham, among others.
