A toddler was shot and killed after a long gun was found sitting in the back seat of a car in a parking lot, Texas police said.
Three children were sitting in a silver SUV in the parking lot of the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center in San Antonio on Monday afternoon when one of the children found a loaded gun.
