Tom Brady chooses not to select a Super Bowl LX champion despite criticism.

Tom Brady has faced criticism from both current and former players of the New England Patriots for his comment about there being “no dogs in the fight” as the Super Bowl approaches. His stance seems somewhat contradictory, especially considering his strong connections to both competing teams.

Brady, who is now 48, famously spent the majority of his career with the Patriots. His connection to the Seattle Seahawks, however, is not as apparent. Interestingly, he holds a minority ownership in the Las Vegas Raiders, who are reportedly looking to hire Seahawks offensive coordinator Clint Kubiak as their new head coach.

When asked by FOX News Digital about who he thinks will win the game, Brady sidestepped the question. He smiled and remarked, “Does anyone really know? Or is it all just speculation?”

On social media, he seemed to lean towards supporting the Patriots with a post he made on Friday. He shared a photo with Robert Kraft, accompanied by the caption, “You know I got your RKK back,” and joked about wanting to get a seventh ring to match Kraft’s. This post, which tagged the Patriots, made his allegiance crystal clear.

While attending the Super Bowl festivities in California, Brady also launched a new store called CardVault by Tom Brady. He expressed excitement about the turnout, noting that they had a successful opening in Sacramento the day before.

Despite his apparent support for the Patriots, some players have voiced their discontent with his comments. Robert Spillane, a current Patriots player, expressed feeling “sick” about Brady’s neutrality regarding the game. Spillane pointed out that as a former Patriot, Brady still has a vested interest in the outcome, suggesting that Brady is prioritizing his role with the Raiders while navigating relationships with both teams.
