Tom Brady Back to Work | NFL on FOX
History is being made! Tom Brady makes his highly anticipated debut in the FOX booth alongside Kevin Burkhart, Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi for the can't-miss season opener as Dak Prescott's Cowboys take on Deshaun Watson's Browns.
Tom Brady made his first appearance as lead commentator on FOX Sunday, co-analyzing the Dallas Cowboys' 33-17 win over the Cleveland Browns with Kevin Burkhart.
This will be Brady's first time calling an NFL game after spending hours practicing his gameplay skills, and he said before the game began that he can't wait to get started on “FOX NFL Sunday.”
After Dallas won, Brady spoke about the moment he called a game for the first time and echoed something Michael Strahan had said earlier in the day.

“I've been using my arms and my body for so many years. Now I get to go into the stadium and use my voice. Maybe I'll go out there tomorrow morning and throw some passes just to remember what it feels like,” Brady said.

“Like Michael Strahan told me before the game, ‘You’ll wake up Monday morning and it won’t be sore.’ I’m very happy.”
When the commentators in the FOX studio announced the players of the day, Strahan chose Brady.
“I'm going to speak to a guy who's not on the field and is probably feeling more pressure than any guy on the field, Tom Brady. Congratulations Tom and welcome to FOX,” Strahan said. “You got your first win, big boy. Who's the winner tonight? For me it's Tom Brady.”
